    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Ownership of the items/products or services supplied on any invoice remains the property of The Skyline Shed PTY LTD unless the invoiced amount is paid in full.
    • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items/products/services from courier or shipping companies once we have received receipt for the third-party service.
    • Any purchased products from The Skyline Shed PTY LTD must be inspected and accounted for by the customer within 7 days of receiving the product, this is to ensure that there are no future claims against products supplied and to provide a clear understanding of stock count. If you fail to check your order and contact us with no less than 3 reasonable attempts, then you will not be eligible to get replacements/refunds/remedies for damaged or missing parts.
    • All Items will have their price and conditions subject to change without notice.
    • All Items/Products/Services purchased from The Skyline Shed are to be installed by a qualified mechanic at a licenced workshop and ALL warranty claims are dependent on this.
    • Modifying your vehicle is illegal in some states and territories, the customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to abide by the law and take the appropriate measures to ensure that their vehicle is roadworthy.
    • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD collects and retains information provided by you when you sign up or make purchases. This information consists of your name, phone number, email and postal addresses. This information is collected and used in order to give the customer access to purchase online & access our system and for The Skyline Shed PTY LTD & contractors to contact you regarding current or previous orders. The Skyline Shed PTY LTD will not sell or share your information with any 3rd party unless it is for contractors working with us or if we are directed to do so by a court of law.
    • Price matching is done SOLEY at our discretion, we make no guarantee that all prices can be matched or beaten.
    • Price matching or beating does NOT apply to any second hand, rare or clearance items.
    • All our products come with 14 days warranty from date of purchase.
    • Warranty only covers items supplied.
    • Warranty is for a full refund or exchange provided you keep your receipt.
    • Warranty is void if you tamper with products or bring them back in a different state to which they were sold to you.
    • Warranty does NOT cover costs of shipping.
    • We do not cover costs of shipping for warranty claims or exchanges
    • No exchanges or refunds if you change your mind or parts don't suite your vehicle, you are required to do your own research.
    • We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for cancellations, even if the order has not been fulfilled.
    • Once you have placed an order, you have entered into a sales contract held up by the terms and conditions outlined by The Skyline Shed PTY LTD.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to check that their delivery details and rates are entered correctly and up to date prior to making a payment. The same policy is in place for all phone orders.
    • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to modify pricing and product information at any given time without warning.
    • All Items purchased from The Skyline Shed are to be installed by a qualified mechanic at a licenced workshop and warranty claims are dependant on this.

    ENGINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Service with Penrite HPR30 Premium Mineral Oil ONLY and Cooper WZ145 Oil Filter ONLY for the first 3 services. 
    • After the first 3 services, begin servicing the engine every 3000km using our TSS Premium Service Kit - CLICK HERE.
    • Recommended spark plugs are NGK BCPR7ES gapped to 0.6mm.
    • All our engines MUST have a run in tune or the warranty will be void.
    • Our engines are to be run in over a 500km period and serviced, then run in for an additional 500km's and serviced again. Immediately after it's second service it is to be tuned accordingly.
    • Our engines are to be serviced immediately after the dyno tune and every 3000km's with the same above mentioned products.
    • Whilst we do choose the best second hand parts on hand, our warranty does not cover second hand engine components such as lifters, cam gears, crankshafts, cylinder heads, engine blocks etc etc.
    • Our engines comes with a 22 day start-up warranty provided they are installed by a Qualified/Registered mechanic at a licenced workshop. Start up warranty is void after the engine is running and deemed healthy, however the engine can come with an extended warranty if you tune the vehicle through us, this extended warranty covers the time the vehicles spends on the dyno and no more.
    • Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the engine at our discretion ONCE we have received the old engine and inspected it to establish what the cause of failure is, any failure not deemed to be related to our assembly will incur a $800 disassembly/inspection fee, this fee is wavered if the liability is on our part.
    • All Items purchased from The Skyline Shed are to be installed by a qualified mechanic at a licenced workshop.
    • Modifying your vehicle is illegal in some states and territories, the customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to abide by their local law and take the appropriate measures to ensure that their vehicle is roadworthy.
    • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD assumes no responsibility for any work carried out, modifications made or parts supplied with regards to road use, as all our products are intended for track use only.

      GEARBOX TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      • Gearbox Service kits are NOT separable from our gearbox services and must be purchased in conjunction with any service.
      • Fill the gearbox with supplied oil and additive, drive the car gently for a few minutes and gently select every gear, then bring car back to the workshop and top up with more oil.
      • You will need minimum 3.5 litres for this process.
      • 22 day warranty from date of purchase and only covers items supplied.
      • Warranty covers your choice of a repair or replacement ONCE we have received the old gearbox and inspected it to establish what the cause of failure is, any failure not deemed to be related to our assembly will incur a $400 disassembly/inspection fee, this fee is wavered if the liability is on our part.
      • Warranty is void if you tamper with products or bring them back in a different state to which they were sold to you.
      • Warranty does NOT cover second hand gearbox components.
      • No exchanges or refunds if you change your mind or parts don't suite your vehicle, you are required to do your own research.
      • All Items purchased from The Skyline Shed are to be installed by a qualified mechanic at a licenced workshop.

        SALES AND PROMTIONS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

        • Free shipping promotions do NOT apply to bulky products, products with no shipping options or products listed as local pickup only.
        • Free shipping promotions only include REGULAR freight services and NOT express freight services.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any sale, promotion or offer at any given time without warning.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to modify pricing and product information at any given time without warning.
        • "Site Wide" or "Store Wide" does NOT always mean 100% of the items on the site are included in sales, some products simply do not have the margin in them for us to discount unfortunately and The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to disallow certain products to be included in these types of sale at our discretion.  

        DISCOUNT CODES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

        • Discount codes are NOT to be used in conjunction with any sales, offers or other discount codes.
        • "BOATLIFE" discount code is a SINGLE USE discount code.
        • "BOATLIFE" discount code is to be used ONLY by customers who have already made a purchase.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any sale, promotion or offer at any given time without warning.

        SHIPPING AND HANDLING

        • We endeavour to ship all regular and stocked items on same day, next day or within 5 business days of your order being placed. This does NOT apply during sales periods, event periods (post and prior), however we do try our best to get things out of the door as soon as possible.
        • If a product is not in stock, items may take longer to ship, if you require a stock update or have an order that needs preference, please get in contact with us PRIOR to purchasing, however in most cases orders leave in 1-5 business days.
        • Custom orders may take longer than regular shipping times but will have information about shipping time on the listing.
        • Free shipping promotions only include STANDARD freight services and NOT express freight services, this also does not include any shipping insurance.
        • Free shipping promotions do NOT apply to bulky products, products with no shipping options or products listed as local pickup only.
        • Courier lead times given in the checkout section are estimates ONLY and do NOT include processing and handling times. If you require something urgently, please get in touch with us so we can make your order a priority and ensure you have a smooth experience with getting your goods in the time frame you need. 
        • We take extra care in packaging your orders and this means extra time for handling, there is nothing worse than having a parcel arrive as damaged.
        • It is the customer’s responsibility to check that their shipping information and details are entered correctly and up to date prior to making a payment. The same policy is in place for all phone orders.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items/products/services from courier or shipping companies once we have received receipt for the third-party service.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD does NOT offer shipping insurance on our shipping/freight services, if you require shipping insurance on your order, then please get in touch PRIOR to purchase so that we may give you a quote.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD will assist with shipping claims but will only do what is advised by the courier/freight companies and any compensation is at their discretion.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD can NOT guarantee you will receive the courier you specify from the shipping options, however you will always receive the service you paid for, i.e Express or Standard.
        • Courier rates on our website do NOT include customs fees, duty fees or surcharges, you will be liable to pay these upon the arrival of your goods. Unfortunately at this time with such a large product range, it is near impossible to provide integrated shipping quotes with customs fees, however if you have any feedback to provide please get in touch.

        USED PARTS WARRANTY

        • All our used products come with 14 days warranty from date of purchase (with the exception of electrical parts/mechanical products or components).
        • All our new parts are subject to manufacturer warranty as outlined by the manufacturers, it is the customers responsibility to enquire with the manufacturer on their warranty details for any given product regardless if purchased at The Skyline Shed PTY LTD.
        • Warranty only covers item/product/service supplied.
        • Warranty is for a full refund or exchange provided you keep your receipt.
        • Warranty is void if you tamper with products or bring them back in a different state to which they were sold to you.
        • Warranty does NOT cover costs of shipping to and from in any circumstance.
        • We do not cover costs of shipping for warranty claims or exchanges.
        • Applicable warranty ONLY covers parts supplied.

        NEW PARTS WARRANTY

        • A large amount of New Parts Manufacturers come with their own limited warranty for a certain time period, it is the customers responsibility to keep their warranty card under any circumstances and in the event that they need to make a claim. The duration of the warranty period is dependent on the manufacturer, however The Skyline Shed PTY LTD will always endeavour to help you in any way we can throughout this process.
        • If a purchased NEW item or product proves to be faulty during the warranty period given AFTER it has been received by The Skyline Shed PTY LTD, we will transport the item to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement.
        • The freight cost to and from the manufacturer is to ALWAYS be paid by the customer in any circumstance.
        • Warranty strictly ONLY covers the items supplied and no other items or components that may work in conjunction with the original item supplied.
        • The Skyline Shed PTY LTD assumes NO responsibility for damage to items/components or the customers vehicle due to misuse of items/products or services or due to the result of an accident.
        • Applicable warranty ONLY covers parts supplied.

        PAYMENT METHODS

        • Payments for orders placed on our website are only accepted in the form of Paypal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card & Zip Money/Zip Pay and Afterpay.
        • Customers should take note that all payments made via Bank Transfer can take up to 2-3 business days to clear, after which their order will be processed and shipped.
        • It is the customer’s responsibility to check that their delivery details and rates are entered correctly and up to date prior to making a payment. The same policy is in place for all phone orders.
